My passion is animals. Starting with my childhood Manchester terrier, Tina, the animals have always been on my side, so I will always be on their side. Writing about animals is one more way I can be their advocate, and our rescued greyhounds brought me one step closer to that end.
My husband, Jack, and I live in Michigan with our greyhounds, Isis and Riley. We volunteer to get the word out about the tremendous need for homes for these magnificent dogs who suffer needlessly so man can make money. In 2006, I started writing an article every now and then, and when a chance arose to edit the Second Chance for Greyhounds of Michigan newsletter, The Greyhound Xpress, I quickly volunteered. Supplying a professional-looking publication about greyhounds to greyhound adopters is important to me.
I'm grateful for the chance to help others, by my Suite writing, keep their pets healthy for as long as possible. Many of my submissions will focus on Isis and Riley’s raw diet and fewer vaccinations, but I will also provide insight on ways to offer unique, gentle care to all our animal companions. Stay tuned!
